I’ve done the ckecksum and all the missing files were the uplay ones (like the install state and the manifest).

Do i really need those or not? No corrupted files. Under Win10 x64, compatible config for the game, tried admin execution and disablin’ firewall and antivirus. Tried time zone switchin’, nothing to do. Tried spamming the button, waitin’ for an hour, and still run as a background process.

Michal Dec 27, 2018 @ 20:39 Both versions this one (CODEX) and CPY vesrtion updated with patch from this page to 1.51 does have 2 main DLCs: the hiden ones and the curse of the pharaohs, and they have Roman centurion pack, Horus pack and Desert cobra pack. As far as i am aware mercenary, tribal, twich (and maybe deluxe = desert cobra + 1 extra mission + some ability points ) packs seems to be missins as well as all uplay rewards. CPY version has uplay rewards unlocker, but it seems not to work with updated version, so u can only have uplay rewards unlocker or newer version with the curse of the pharohs dlc.
