Relicensing Program What is this program and what will it do for me? The Relicensing Program is for people whose driving privileges are currently suspended third degree for failing to pay traffic fines in the City of Spokane, County of Spokane, Pend Oreille County, Medical Lake, Airway Heights and Cheney. Requirements & Penalty Fines A defendant has 15 days to pay the infraction or request a hearing.
